All requested information is necessary to complete standard transactions and is used solely for that purpose. Returns

Standard Returns Policy: You may return items for an exchange or refund within 15 calendar days of the delivery or attempted delivery date. Customers are responsible for the return or exchange shipping costs. All returned items must be in their original packaging, in like-new condition, free of hair, debris, or odors, and with tags still attached. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Holiday Season Returns Window: Items purchased between November 1st and December 10th are eligible for return until January 1st.

Exchanges

Exchanges of merchandise are permitted within the Returns windows stated above. Merchandise returned for any reason must be in its original packaging with tags still attached.  Swamp24.com does not charge a restocking fee. Please allow 7 to 10 days for proper processing of Returns and Exchanges. To start an Exchange email sales@swamp24.com.

Clearance Items

Clearance item sales are final and are not eligible for Return or Exchange.

Damage & Breakage Claims

All claims for defect, breakage, missing items, and/or shipping damage must be made within 72 hours of package delivery or attempted delivery – no exceptions.

Shipping Policies

Swamp24.com ships primarily with the United States Postal Service. Tracking information is sent to the email provided at checkout. Please check your Spam or Promotions folders, as order confirmations and tracking emails may end up there.

Undeliverable Packages

If a shipment is returned to Swamp24.com due to an invalid address provided at checkout, it can be reshipped to a corrected address at the customer’s expense.

Refunds

Refunds for accepted returns are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 days for processing.

Swamp24.com communicates with customers via email, website chat, Facebook Messenger, and phone. We are committed to responding promptly and treating customers with courtesy, professionalism, and respect. We expect the same in return.

Unacceptable communication, such as threats, unreasonable demands, false accusations, personal insults, vulgarity, or harassment, will be reviewed by our Directors. If found in violation of our Code of Conduct, actions may include order cancellation, social media bans, IP blocking, and notifying legal authorities if necessary.
