Intellectual Property Image Claims
Swamp24.com frequently receives images from Customers, Vendors, and Associates that it uses for Social Media promotions, Advertisements, and on its website. All images used are vetted for authenticity and they are evaluated to confirm they do not infringe upon the Intellectual Property Rights of others. Should you believe imagery being used by Swamp24.com is Intellectual Property that you own, please complete the IP Dispute Form at the following link: Swamp24.com IP Claim. Our procedure for reviewing all IP Dispute Claims is (1) Review of Claim within 48 hours and determination if credible (2) If a case is deemed to be credible, the image will be temporarily removed for an additional 72 hours for further investigation and communication with claimant. (3) Images deemed to be compliant with our policy will be restored immediately, and images that are deemed non-compliant will remain removed and will be permanently purged from our Image Library.
Extended Time Window Christmas Season Returns: Items purchased between November 25th and December 20th will be eligible for return if received by our warehouse by Januray 15th. Items returned in this period must meet all other standard requirements for Returns. Standard Returns Policy: Returns for Exchange or Refund are permitted within 15 calendar days of package delivery or attempted delivery. Swamp24.com will pay for return postage for any items determined to be defective, all defect claims must be made within 72 hours of package delivery. Returns for all other reasons may be permitted but all shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. All items returned must be in their original packaging, must be in mint condition, must have no hair/debris or odor, and must not have had tags removed. All return shipments must have a valid RA Number which can be issued by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. Items returned without an RA# will be not be accepted and will be returned to sender. Postage paid is not refundable. Please allow 7 to 10 days for proper processing of Returns and Exchanges.
Exchanges of merchandise are permitted within the Returns window stated above. Merchandise returned for any reason must be in its original packaging with tags still attached. For all Swimwear, the hygiene protection sheet must not have been removed in full or in part. For protection of our Customers, items from our Misbehavin’ category are not eligible for Return or Exchange. All returns of items to be exchanged must be assigned a Return Authorization number which will be issued by contacting email@example.com. Swamp24.com currently does not charge a restocking fee. Please allow 7 to 10 days for proper processing of Returns and Exchanges.
Clearance and Discontinued item sales are final and are not eligible for Return or Exchange.
Damage & Breakage Claims
All claims for defect, breakage, and/or shipping damage must be made within 72 hours of package delivery or attempted delivery – no exceptions.
Swamp24.com ships all orders within 24 business hours using the United States Postal Service as its primary carrier. Emails containing tracking information are emailed to customers at the time of shipment and may take up to 48 hours to engage within the USPS system.
Customer shipments returned to Swamp24.com due to invalid address entry at Checkout are reshipped to a corrected address at the expense of the Customer.
Refunds are issued to the original checkout payment source for goods returned in new/mint condition and provided they are compliant with the Return/Exchange policies stated above. Refunds are only issued for items returned with a Swamp24.com RA Number (Return Authorization). Refunds may take up to 10 Days for processing.
Customer Communications and Code of Conduct
Swamp24.com communicates with it’s customers in multiple ways including, but not limited to Email, Web Site Chats, Facebook Messenger, and Telephone. Swamp24.com pledges to deal with customers promptly, and in a courteous, professional, reasonable, and respectful manner; the same is in turn expected of the Customer. Communications from customers directed to our staff, affiliates, or other patrons containing threats, clearly unrealistic demands, obvious alleged untruths, personal insults, vulgarity, or deemed harassing in nature will be reviewed by our Directors. Reviewed communications found to be in violation of our Code of Conduct Policy may result in Order Cancellation, Banning from Social Media following, Blocking of known IP Addresses, and if applicable, notification to appropriate legal authorities. Swamp24.com’s exceptional reputation has been earned by years of hard work and it will be defended to the fullest extent the law will allow.
